I have VERY fine/thin hair and unfortunately, I do feel like this might be a little too heavy for my particular non-blessed hair type (lol). With that being said, the last few times I've been careful to only use a tiny amount (less than a half pump) and apply to very wet ends- I've had more success! I do feel there's a noticeable reduction in split ends etc. in the days following use, and it smells great too. The bottle is pretty small for the price, but with the amount that you need to use, it's going to last an eternity.
